Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 1 business day will not be treated for cancellation as we strive to ship the order within 1 business day. So, please reach out to us within 24 hours for cancellation.

Refund Policy
We can only Refund for items if they are defective or damaged

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at contact@moxcel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping address and instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Please take a photo/video of the defect so that our team can correct the situation as quickly as possible.

We will let you know as soon as we receive and verify your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 to 4 working days.
